Tento conectar minha box, logo aparece essa menssagem e fecha automaticamente, eu uso a versao 2.13, procurei no forum atualizaçoes porém nao achei, alguem teria uma soluçao ?

Amigos comigo aconteceu da mesma forma comigo,fiz de tudo desinstalei e instalei novamente mas não deu certo,verifiquei que meu windows tinha instalado duas atualizações ontem, então restaurei o sistema e voltou a funcionar.obs. eu uso windows 7 64 bits.
