Não consigo dar flash no LG GT360

Olá estou com um LG GT360 que não consigo fazer com que ele reconheça na box de jeito nenhum.. Possuo a unitool, vygis.... e ele está com senha, e pelo que vi a vygis não tira a senha, precisa dar flash.. Connect phone to cable-phone must be ON, if phone can't be powered connect it OFF and press Power ON and keep it pressed until bootloader will start ... OK ---------------------------------------------------------- Loading primary loader ... Operation failed Quando aparece Loading primary loader ... já dá 100% e uma mensagem de erro "Phone not respond" Estou tendo problemas com mais celulares com o mesmo erro.. e gostaria de saber se alguém poderia me dar uma dica.. Muito obrigada desde já!
