mas onde encontro este programa de up grade e no programa da box onde

Ola parceiro,vai na pasta que sua gpg dragon esta instalada vc vai encontrar um icone ex: (gpg dragon firmware 1.59 update tools)ai é só fazer o procedimento citado no video acima,post resultados.
