1° - Vá ao site

Adobe - Instale uma versão diferente do Adobe Flash Player

Você irá baixar o instalador do Flash.

Após baixá-lo, feche todos os navegadores abertos (estes podem influenciar na instalação do flash)

2° - Execute o arquivo de instalação.

Após a instalação concluir, abra o navegador novamente e faça os testes.
