Neste caso seria ideal subistituir o conector do fone..

Verificar oxidações..

Verificar os componentes responsaveis pelo funcionamento do mesmo.. Procurar por alterado,, danificado ou faltando...

Se não trabalha na área não indico a fazer nenhum dos procedimentos.. Pois só iria danificar mais ainda..
