Nokia BCM logger Release note:

21st November 2011

- Added "check" simlock configuration

**logger check simlock configuration during phone read. Phone which already unlocked or can't be unlock by code will be stop by logger. Only locked phone which can be unlocked by code via keypad or usb-fbus will be proceed by the logger. This helps user to prevent unnecessary credit lost.
