Acabo de atender um cliente que pediu para colocar créditos e cadastrar na promoção 0,25 cents. Bem, quando liguei no *222 logo de cara a gravação dizendo que não precisa mais aderir, simplesmente colocar créditos e falar a 0,25 TIM x TIM, e 0,50 TIM x Fixo local! Liguei para call-center tim e nem a atendente sabia me informar. Agora entrei no site da tim>pré pagos, e está no banner: Sem taxa de adesão! Se for verdade show de bola! Alguém tem uma informação mais precisa?
