Olá, bom dia!!! estou quebrndo a cabeça com a minha gpg Dragon. Ela faz a leitura das informções no caso da plataforma MTK, mas quando tento fazer backup, ela da uma mensagem e depois fica escrito inicializando, mas não faz a operação. Já instalei e desisntalei, estou usando a versão 2.09 v2. Estou enviando em anexo a imagem do erro. Obrigado

Amigo, simples esse erro ocorre porque o sr. não esta digitando o nome do arquivo, ou seja selecione o local pra onde deseja salva a flash, e ponha um nome no no arquivo flash com a versão ou um nome qualquer...
