Tenho N-box e gostaria de saber como fazer o flash deste aparelho

pois quando tento passar a flash sempre da esses erros:

a box consegue ler o aparelho atraves da INFO mais não consegue passar o flash. Já tentei outras flashs e continua o mesmo problema.

Com o 5230 acontece a mesma coisa. O que eu faço?
