click em conect port

click em conect phone

segure o power do aparelho ate fezer a leitura.

vai acender as opçoes direct unlock read sim lock e repair eeprom

click em repair eeprom aguarde o final do processo teste o atc.

poste o resultado!!

a flash é uma ou 2 arquivos?

Flash Backup pode ser dois (full ou só fw).

Agora no suporte oficial vygis, apenas uma fw pode resolver, caso EEPROM esteja já OK!
