• Make sure that phone battery is fully charged.
• Power on phone without SIM card inside.
• Select "Samsung PC Studio" or "Samsung KIES" in "Setting" -> "Phone Setting" -> "PC Connections".
• Connect phone to computer via original USB cable.
• Wait until all drivers are installed.
• Click "Connect" button.
