Minha duvida é se tem como fazer algum procedimento com a box gpgdragon neses gps chineses como midi foston e outros? atualizar backup essas coisas.

A gpgdragon é para reparos de firmware dos telefones, agora se você se refere a os arquivos dos GPS, isso não, se o seu telefone tem GPS e danificou os aquivos que vem no cartão, você tem que baixar outros arquivos, só assim ele vai voltar a funcionar.
