6233 não liga apos carga

Amigos estou com um 6233 que segundo o cliente só colocava o cel dele pra carregar via usb, no dia em que colocou o atc pra carregar no carregador dele mesmo, quando foi olhar o cel não ligou mais. Quando coloco na fonte, o ponteiro descola mas quando solto, ele volta. Já foram rodadas varias flash de versoes diferentes e nada. Creio que seja fisico mesmo. No aguardo. Abraço a todos
