Procedimento bem simples..

Execute o Cydia e na pesquisa digite " Apple boot"

irá aparecer como na imagem abaixo:

Logo após você o seleciona e instala

Logo após em Geral -> Boot Logo

E selecione a logo que deseja usar no caso a da caveira ou Apple padrão
