Amigo, tudo indica ser placa de video, neste caso, teria que ser feito um reballing no BGA da mesma.

ola amigos eu resolvi o meu problema cm a troca do inverter o lcd dava video mais sem luz ai eu troquei a flex e nada ei resolvi procura outro inverte pois o mesmo tambem e resposalvel por luz ai deu serto ok.
