Added Repair IMEI in flash mode (for supported android phones)

Added Repair IMEI for phones with type 4 security
-- Repair is supported in diagnostic or flash mode.
--- Detection is auto, need just to fill imei and select what IMEI need to write.
---- Software will select auto new or old security.
----- Phones with damaged or erased security will not work.

Supported cpu sc7715, sc7731g, sc7731c, sc9832 sc7731e, sc9832e, sc9820e, sc6531, sc6531e, sc7701, sc7702 e.t.c.
Not supported yet phones with sc9863a(locked)

Improved custom loader detection, using custom loader can be serviced most spreadtrum/unisoc cpu now, even if cpu is not listed.
