Improved old cpu flashing, on flashing firmware without preloader, exe will try to perform flash initialization from database.
Improved meta mode imei repair function for helio phones(now exists 3 ways to repair imei).

In installation directory(usb_driver) is included new mtk drivers.
If exists problem with booting or flashing phones under windows 10, please replace mtk drivers.
