ola a tdos do forum, toh com um w380 q entrou na assistencia em q trabalho sem audio d campainha, troquei o flex e naum resolveu, troquei a campainha, a pci do display, o display e nada. testei outra placa nesta frente e naum funcionou. peguei a placa original deste aparelho e testei em outra frente e funcionou. peguei flex e campainha desta outra frente e montei no aparelho em questaum e voltou a ficar inoperante o audio. jah atualizei flash pela se tool e tbm testei outros flexs originais no aparelho. se alguem poder me ajudar, ficarei grato.

obrigado amigo pela ajuda, mas nem deu pra fazer o jump, pois o cliente resolveu retirar o aparelho assim mesmo, mas desde jah grato pela contribuiçaum.
