Moto G6 play não reconhece Chip sim

Boa tarde povo,

Estou com um moto g6 play - modelo XT1922-5 - na bancada. Troquei a tela dele. Estava com a rom 8.1.1 e funciona show de bola. Atualizou para o 9 e já era, começou a ficar lento o touch, até aí tudo bem, dava pra ir levando, pra jogo não servia, mas pra uso normal até que vai.

Resolvi fazer um downgrade para o 8.0, só que depois disso não reconheceu mais o chip sim e ficou com a rom 9. 

Wi-fi funciona, touch tbm, tudo funcionando bem. 

Nas configurações acusa IMEI desconhecido.

 

alguém tem alguma luz pra mim aí. valeuu
