Estou com um aparelho de cliente moto x2 xt1097 que aparece à mensagem que ele não está qualificado para o desbloqueio, alguém sabe o que isso quer dizer e porquê?

Bom dia amigo. Veja se o site do desbloqueio está em PT BR. Pode ser por esse motivo que não esteja desbloqueando. Boa sorte e bom trabalho.
