Boa noite pessoal, estou com um iPhone 6 na bancada que não está ativando,  ele está com área normal, já fiz o reballing  da baseband, os dois jumpers e restaurei o aparelho mas não consigo ativar, aparece uma mensagem informando que o aparelho não é possível ativar por conta do servidor de ativação... alguém pode me ajudar?

ja verifiquei tb se existe algum impedimento na Anatel e não tem...
