o setor de back light é composto por uma bobina um diodo em serie e um c.i  . você vai procurar por o diodo vai ser o único em serie na placa . após você encontrar você vai verificar se esse setor está gerando a tensão necessária para o backlight funcionar , verificar se o diodo está ok , se a bobina se está conduzindo a tensão da linha principal até o circuito  , ou se a linha até o conector não está aberta . esses são alguns dos testes . espero ter lhe ajudado
