Base - Read info from EMI base (preloader) in manual mode after selection

FWReader - Info reading improved ( in some cases device info can be empty )
FWReader - SW path settings also accepted now on FW read

LoaderDB - New agents included ( BQ, TECNO, INFINIX, VIVO )
