já tentei reinstalar o driver do cabo usb e não tá dando. alguém teria uma solução?

amigo, conecta a tua box ao pc... e manda um print do teu gerenciador de dispositivos...mostrando as portas COM, portas USB...

para que possamos dar uma olhada se a box está corretamente instalada...

Senhor, ja verificou o cabo Usb? tente com outro e também verifique os contatos dos aparelhos se não estão oxidados, faça uma limpeza e ente novamente.

Mesmo assim segue a diga do Sr. S.Informática.
