tava com 1661 aqui com um problema idêntico ao seu!! só que não aparecia a lista de toques... Faça um master reset (Vá pelo menu mesmo), resolvi o meu assim... Caso não funcione, efetue a leitura na box, verifique qual a versão de software está usando e aplique uma flash com a mesma versão ou superior! Poste os resultados
