Bom dia pessoal, estou com um tablet aqui da DL o cliente levou funcionando e devolveu o mesmo não ligando,

provavelmente ele colocou uma fonte com a voltagem errada, pois o mesmo disse que parou sozinho, ao ligar ele no monitoramento de amperagem 

ele mostra consumo -01,1 como mostra a imagem e não liga, fica travado nesse consumo, alguem poderia me dar uma luz, agradeço a todos do clan obrigado.
