Boa Tarde amigos do clan,

Estou com um iphone 5c de um cliente meu que quando tenta logar a conta icloud aparece a seguinte menssagem:

 

"a verificação falhou houve um erro ao conectar com o servidor do id apple"

 

Ja tentei varias contas e o mesmo persiste,

estava no ios10 ai eu zerei fiz um novo soft pelo itunes e ele voltou para o ios9

Porem o problema ainda persiste

gostaria de saber oque poderia estar fazendo para resolver este problema.
