Blu Studio C mini - D670l - Não Liga e não carrega

Bom dia, tenho um Blu studio C mini, ele não liga e não carrega.

-> Dei uma carga na bateria dele em um carregador externo, mesmo assim não liga.

-> Utilizei o Software SP Flash Tool Windows v5.1532.00.000 -> ele da erro em Format -> Auto Format Flash e da erro em fazer Upgrade de Firmware (erro em PMT)

                                                                                         -> mas se eu mandar fazer Download ou Format All + Download ele conclui o processo mas não liga

-> Então usei a aba Memory Test ele retorna dizendo que existe um erro na NAND

 

Utilizei a Rom do site http://www.stockrom.net/2015/11/stock-rom-original-de-fabrica-blu_76.html

 

Dois logs de erro que tenho
