LUMIA 925 HARD BRICK

Bom dia colegas. A semana passada retirei da uma cliente um Lumia 925 com hard brick. Não liga, o computador da Care Suite Emergency connectivity.

Tentei recuperar com Thor2, mas da sempre erro ao comunicar com o aparelho. Já tentei em 2 computadores, 32 e 64 bit. 

Tem alguma solução sem ATF ?
