meu BLU Studio 5 de uma hora pra outra travou a tela... quando reincio ele TRAVA no LOGO... foco de luz e nao  sai disso... ja tentei reinstalar a ROM mas nao consegui... podem me ajudar, por gentileza.. ele não tem nem 1 ano de uso :( obrigada
