    Ola Bruno. O meu teve o mesmo problema. O pessoal ligava e eu nao escutava e nem eles me escutavam. Eu pesquisei na net e vi que tinha muitas pessoas com o mesmo problema. O problema esta no conector jack do headphone. Use wd no conector e tente colocar e tirar varias vezes rapidamente. Se nao funcionar tente colocar uma peça plastica na entrada do headset no celular e rode fazendo movimentos rapidos. abraço.
