    Alguns aparelhos saem de fabrica com bug na firmware ...
     
     
    Verifique em menu - config - sobre o tel.  A versão de software que o mesmo se encontra.
     
    Logo visto isso baixe uma versao diferente e grave via odin ou box...
     
    Faça 24 horas de teste em cada atc e poste os resultados.
