    Desculpe postar sobre uma questão antiga, mas pode ajudar a novas consultas. Eu havia tentado de tudo, todas as posições de teclas para hard reset; atualização pelo LG Support Tool por mais de uma vez e nada, a senha não saía. Então tentei novamente ( já havia tentado diversas vezes), só que desta ultima, fui extremamente rápido. Vol- e Power, quando acenderam os leds, soltei os dois botões e acionei o icone do home rápidamente, fiquei assim por alguns segundos até que apareceu o boneco do android, ai soltei o home e esperei. Sucesso total.
