    É realmente, passei um dia googando em site gringo, para ver se consegui alguma informação como desbloquear eu HTC, gratuitamante mas nada consegui, consegui uma ferramenta interessante que é um editor de registro do HTC S711, testei ele modifica as chaves do windows, se o lock estiver atrelado ao registro existe uma chance.
