Amigo o jeito mesmo é testar outra bateria, no entanto meça o consumo da placa na fonte. aguardo...
Amigo troque o conector do flex, pois aparentemente o mesmo está danificado, ao ressoldar tome cuidado para não danifica-lo remova-o com o soprador e ressolde o novo com o ferro. No entanto a placa está com varias avarias.
