    Consegui da seguinte forma:
    baixei o lg mobile tool
    com aparelho desligado segurei o botao + e - e conectei o cabo usb
    ele demorou uns 3 minutos para programa reconhecer 
    ai cliquei em atualizar ele foi de boa.
