    Olá amigo,
     
    Peço licença ao Sub Moderador Pablo Morais. Na hora que aparecer o boneco do android, tente pressionar rapidamente o botão power. Caso não aparece as opções de reset, pressione junto os botões Vol+ e Vol-.
    Por estar aparecendo esse boneco do android, mostra que ele está em modo recovery, apenas não está mostrando as opções. Tente fazer esses testes com os botões e poste o resultado.
