    Teclado frontal J700, não funcionam

    Boas. Tenho um Samsung J700, em que as teclas frontais (assinaladas a vermelho na foto), não funcionam correctamente. Com o telemóvel "aberto", as teclas não funcionam. Mas se o "fechar" (recolher o teclado), as mesmas teclas já funcionam correctamente. Será que me podem ajudar a solucionar este problema (caso tenha solução)?
