    Dei o curto na placa usando uma pinça conforme explicação do amigo nas mensagens e imagens acima e usei o arquivo Blankflash e deu tudo certo,o meu motorola one XT-1941-3 estava sem ligar e não entrava na tela de flashboot e estava com Android 8.1 instalado e essa Blankflash deu certo, após usar a mesma usei o software de recuperação da Lenovo-Motorola, chamado, Rescue and Smart Assistant, Só tenho a agradecer pelas dicas e arquivos, Deus abençoe cada um que contribuiu.
