    Boa noite tenho um Samsung J4+ ele está reiniciando direto até acabar a bateria não sei mais o que fazer já dei um hard reset nele mais não adiantou continua no mesmo problema se alguém puder me ajudar no que eu posso estar fazendo agradeço Obrigada.
