    Para quem está com esse problema, fiz o procedimento que um rapaz indicou aqui. Com ele ligado e conectado ao carregador: desliguei, coloquei no modo downloader, deixei por uns 10 minutos e cliquei em start. Ele iniciou e começou a carregar normalmente. Como fiz tem menos de meia hora, ele ainda não chegou em 100%, mas pelo app Ampere está indicando carregamento com energia variante entre 900mA e 1200mA. Carregador comum, sem ser turbo. Continuarei testando e volto aqui depois para dizer se esolveu pra valer.
