    Boa Tarde. Estou com um MOTO G7 PLAY XT1952-2. Ele estava com essa tela como mostra a foto abaixo, ai passei a firmware pelo script de instalação que contem dentro da pasta e ele voltou ao normal. Só que ao reiniciar ou desligar ele volta novamente pra essa tela. Ou seja não posso reiniciar e nem deixar a bateria dele acabar senão tenho que refazer novamente esse processo. No programa da Lenovo Smart Assist ele não passa, já levei em outro lojista aqui da minha cidade e não foi resolvido. Alguém tem alguma dica. Obrigado pela att.
