    ola pessoal conectei meu iphone no itunes e ele avisou q tinha uma atualização para o OS 3.0.1,sendo q eu estva usando a versão 3.0, baixei o arquivo e durante a instalação ocorreu um erro desconhecido n 13, apos isso a instalaçao foi cancelada e o itunes pediu pra restaurar o aparelho, concluida a restauração o itunes apresentou a seguinte menssagem: There is a problem with your iphone We're sorry, the iphone you connected is not recognized and cannot be activated for service. We recommend you visit your nearest Apple Store for more information. Toda vez q eu conecto ao itunes aparece essa menssagem e na tela do iphone fica so emergencia e com uma imagem pedindo pra conectar ao itunes. por favor me ajudem desde ja um abraço
