    Oi gente, boa tarde! peço a ajuda de vocês urgente, tô com o celular de uma cliente que esqueceu a senha de bloqueio, mas não consigo de forma alguma entrar no modo recovery, já vi quase todos os vídeos possíveis, já desconectei bateria, apertei volume menos e mais, mas não consigo, tem como alguém me ajudar e resolver o problema ?? Sou nova nessa área também e se vocês me respondessem eu irei ficar muito grata!!!
