    Olá, entrou um moto g6 na loja com aparente problema de software, quando liga ele da imagem normal , apos apagar a tela pelo tempo ocioso ou botao power o mesmo nao volta imagem, ja passei rom e o problema continua, o Motorola Rescue e Smart Assistent identifica o modelo do aparelho porem nao aceita baixar rom, imagino que seja provavel que o aparelho ja tenho sido feita alguma alteracao de software anteriormente, ja resetei pelo proprio por via de duvidas e o problema continua.
