    Tenho o mesmo problema no meu Moto G4 Plus Android 7 XT1640 . Ja tentei remover a conta Google, porem o celular desliga no ultimo passo. Ja tentei atualizar para o Android 8, porem fala que o dispositivo já ta atualizado ( apesar de estar no Android 7 ) . O celular carrega, e Pelo PC não reconhece. Como faço pra conseguir retirar a conta google? to quase quebrando o celular ou jogando fora.
