    estava com esse problema em uma aparelho da LG modelo H502 (prime plus), verifiquei que o problema era o terminal na placa que encostava na tampa traseira, por algum motivo esse terminal foi danificado e não encostava corretamente, fiz a solda de um terminal de outra placa com a mesma aparência e o problema foi solucionado.

    boa tarde pessoal, estou com um aparelho (moto x4), o cliente alega que o celular fica normal, e quando e conectado ao carregador ele começa a carregar e depois para, o que vocês acham que pode estar acontecendo?
