    Resolvi trocando a bateria, testei algumas baterias até que o aparelho iniciou.

    Estava com o mesmo problema, celular reiniciando, bootloader bloqueado, rom passava normal. Depois de muita pesquisa consegui achar uma rom mais nova (mais atualizada), e o aparelho voltou a funcionar.
