    sei q o topico e um pouco antigo mais vai ai a minha colaboraçao desliga o smart preciona botao power + vol(+) vai aparecer o android com um ponto de esclamaçao apos uns 30 segundos preciona o botao power novamente ira aparecer as opçoes ir ate a opçao wipe data/factory reset precione o botao home para confirmar depois reboot system now e confirmar com botao home novamente!!! e so correr pro abraço!!!

    resolvido aqui m5 vc pega os drives mtk postados aperte volume para cima instale,pesquise o progama srs one clic root,reset user lock e depois rebout recovery e pronto 100%resolvido !!!!
