    Tenta da seguinte forma( liga o talkback e reinicia o celular quando ele ligar use os dois dedos pra puxa a barra de notificaçao  vai ter a mensagem vc nao esta conectado  e  em cima o simbolo da configuraçao e pelo aplicativos nas configuraçoes vc pode entrar no google chrome)
